I wanted to create a greeting based on some recent inspiration. Seems like it’s part of a new trend in graphics, and a potential client sent these as reference. I wanted to do more work in this style, and a personal project seemed like a good start.

As the project took shape, it seemed to resemble more of the aesthetics of the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Needless to say, I was heavily inspired by it. Aside from the good story, humor and character built, the graphics were truly unique, paying a tribute to old comics, current abilities in animation, and every motion graphics designers dream. Truly a motion graphics extravaganza, I only wish I had more time to make my project better.
